Why Dream Of a Child... From Your Pregnancy First Stages?

Pregnancy First Stages

From your pregnancy first stages, dreams about your baby and visualizations of his or her attributes are good ways to spend your time.

Let yourself dream of a child...

Very often your unborn child will send you messages about him or herself through night time dreams. After all, even at conception, this microscopic pinpoint is energy - energy that creates actions and reactions.

As your child grows within, he or she is transforming other energy into his or her physical self. The spirit of your child comes and goes within the physical body during the prenatal development, just as your spirit may leave your body during deep sleep or vivid day dreams.

Visualizing your child with you from your pregnancy first stages can help you rehearse for the "real" experiences to come. You can feel his or her small body in your arms, snuggled safely next to you. You can see his or her happy face.

Even if you have chosen not to know the sex of your child ahead of time, visualizing the face is easy. After all, possibly your child will have no hair and how easy is it to tell the sex of a baby?!

Dream of a child smiling and playing and laughing in response to you. You can even dream about the smelly diapers and sleepless nights if that brings you comfort. But the most important part to visualize is your actions and feelings in those situations.

Now, During Your Pregnancy First Stages...

... is the time to do research in the areas you don't feel comfortable about so that you can visualize yourself acting in the way you learn is best for your child. Now is the time to learn about stress and pregnancy and the child world.

It has been proven that athletes who visualize their actions on the field do much better than those who don't. In the same way, it is better if you can visualize your own successes with your child as it makes you more confident while, in turn, your child is more secure with you.

Certainly you don't want to live always in the future. That isn't what I'm suggesting at all. Enjoy this wonderful time of expectation and, in a way, innocence. Also, if this is your first child, enjoy having a clean and neat house for possibly the last time before your child leaves home as an adult.

Enjoy time alone with your spouse and/or your other children... live in the present.

But take time every now and then while you are relaxing, or before going to bed, or some other quiet time to enjoy the child growing within your family. That child is enjoying being with you even now, so respond in kind.

Get to know each other spiritually from your pregnancy first stages, before the physical demands of your relationship are needed.
